You can browse our website for luxury goods using the category navigation at the top of the website or via our search bar.
Placing an order is easy at HushHush. Here’s how:
Choose a category from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific brand or product.
Select the item and click ‘Add to Cart’. Once you have finished adding your items, proceed to checkout by clicking the shopping bag icon in the top right of the website.
Sign in to your account if you have not done so already. If you do not have an account, simply enter your email address to proceed.
Enter your address and payment information and select a delivery method to complete your order. Once your purchase is confirmed, it will be carefully prepared and shipped to you. We’ll be sure to keep you updated every step of the way.
An email address is all you need to start the order process. So no need to create an account. We recommend that you register for a HushHush account so that you can start adding your favourite items to your wishlist and easily place an order.

You can save all your favourite items as you browse the HushHush website by clicking the ‘heart’ icon on each item or the ‘Add to Wishlist’ link on each product page. This will save all your favourite items and allow you to view them again by clicking on the big heart in the top right area of the website.
As your purchase will be either prepared quickly for dispatch or built to order, please contact our Customer Service Advisors as soon as possible to cancel or make changes to an order. Unfortunately, we are unable to add items to an existing order but we welcome you to place a new order for any additional pieces.
HushHush only works with the most reputable brands and partners of luxury around the world. We do not allow private sellers to list their luxury products on HushHush. We adhere to a very strict screening process to onboard new brands and partners before they can list their luxury products and services on our platform.
HushHush only showcase luxury goods from the finest brands and partners of luxury around the world, all of which are carefully selected through a strict approval process. Additionally, we have very strict acceptance criteria on the luxury products listed on HushHush and our team checks and manually approved every single listing before they appear in our search results. As part of the listing process, HushHush brands and partners are encouraged to provide proof of authenticity.
As a buyer, we highly encourage you to ask for any stamps, marks or certification that verify the authenticity of your desired product in your pre-purchase questions.
Finally, depending on the product category, HushHush has access to a network of qualified experts around the world. These experts can provide assistance in assessing both the authenticity and value of a luxury products listed on HushHush that is of particular interest to you. PRICING & PAYMENT INFORMATION
At HushHush, you are shopping items from our luxury brands and partners around the world, expertly curated for you by our team. Prices are determined by each HushHush partner, therefore the price of the same item may vary depending on your location and where you order an item from.
Although we don’t have any control over price variation, we will always offer you the best price available to your destination at the time of purchase. To view the most accurate prices, select your shipping country from the ‘shopping cart’ menu at the top right corner of our site.
Please note: Placing an item in your shopping bag or wishlist does not reserve it at a particular price.
The currency that you shop with is determined by your location and will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. However you can select any currency from the drop down in the footer at the bottom of our website.
If you pay by debit card or PayPal, HushHush will take payment at the point your order is placed on our website. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.
Larger orders may require direct bank transfer of the balance of your order, one of our Customer Service Advisors will be in touch to arrange with you.

SHIPPING, TAXES & DUTIES
We offer free world wide international shipping and returns to all our customers.
It is important to check the delivery information on each of our product listing as many of them are based with suppliers across the world, once we have received the items with us in our warehouse you will receive shipping and tracking information from our courier.
International orders may be subject to local taxes, import duties or other local requirements.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If your purchase isn’t quite right, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of your delivery date using our free returns service. Simply email or call us to arrange a suitable time for our courier to come to your office or home and collect the package and return it to us.
We recommend that your item is sent back within 7 days of receipt to ensure it will be returned to the original location in time. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return it and place a new order. Simply go to ‘Orders’ in your HushHush account to arrange a return, or contact our friendly Customer Service Advisors for assistance. Refunds are issued via the original payment method and will normally appear within 10 business days, depending on the processing time of your payment provider.
To ensure your refund is as quick as possible, please ensure all items meet the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Simply follow these steps to prepare your item:
Place any unwanted items with original packaging inside the protective HushHush box and leave it open until the driver has checked the contents.
Attach the return label and a signed copy of the return note to the outside of the HushHush box. Please do not to attach any labels to an item’s branded box.
If you are returning to multiple locations, please pack the items separately for each of our partners, with a corresponding return label attached to the outside of each box.
While we offer free returns for all orders, the original delivery cost won’t be included in your refund.
Unfortunately we are not able to refund local tax and duties paid at checkout on deliveries to non-EU countries as these are charged by local governments. Certain countries operate schemes to reclaim any local tax and duties if you return goods and will require a specific application by you to your local government or authority.
Due to the nature of made to order and customised item orders, and the fact that they have been specially created for you, we will not be able to accept returns.
